Wall Sawing
Wall Sawing is a track mounted hydraulic saw that is used to cut a precise dimension in a wall or floor.
Our saws can cut up to 24" deep from one side, can be set on any angle and can cut flush
to adjacent surfaces. This makes it a perfect choice for overhead or man doors, windows, ducts,
separation cuts for demolition that conctractors and others specify.
Core Drilling
Core Drilling is used when a precise, circular penetration is needed.
Holes of almost any diameter and depth can be drilled to make access for Plumbing,
Electrical and HVAC installations. Core Drilling is also used to create holes for placing anchor
bolts, weep holes, installation of load carrying devices and concrete or asphalt sample analysis.
Core Drilling can be done in floors or walls, on any angle and upside down through a ceiling when
no access is available.
Flat Sawing
Flat Sawing, also known as Slab or Road Sawing, features a diamond blade that is mounted on a walk behind
machine. It is generally used to cut horizontal surfaces such as concrete floors, bridge decks, expansion joints and pavement.
Flat sawing can be performed with a gas or diesel unit for outside cutting or an electric or propane unit
for interior saw cutting. Generally cuts can be made up to 24" deep.
Wire Sawing
Wire Sawing is the ideal application for cutting large sections of heavily reinforced concrete and for
cutting in areas where workspace is restricted. This machine has no limits to depth and size of concrete
structures that need to be removed. The Wire Saw consists of a multi-strand cable with diamond segments that is
threaded through a series of pulleys. The pulleys are attached to a hydraulic powered drive wheel that continually
pulls the wire through the concrete.
Asphalt Sawing & Sealing
Asphalt Sawing and Sealing is performed when new asphalt is placed over existing concrete. The asphalt
is saw cut over the existing concrete joints, cleaned as per spes and sealed with a hot rubberized material.
Existing joints and cracks in concrete or asphalt are rehabilitated by the use of saws or crack chasing routers.
Once the material is removed, the joints are cleaned as per specs and resealed with the approved material.
Polymerized Joint Adhesive
Polymerized Joint Adhesive is a heat applied modified asphalt composition which is used as an adhesive
and tacking material for longitudinal cold construction joints in asphalt concrete pavements. It is applied
in a 1/8th inch thick band over the surface of the edge of the first paving pass prior to placing the adjoining mat.
Silicone Sealing
Roadways, parking garages, airport runways and bridge slabs.
Dowel Drilling
Dowel Drilling is used for drilling holes for the placement of new rebar or pins into concrete slabs.
